Bar 190 appoints bar manager
Santo Borzi will be responsible for all aspects of the bar’s management, as well as utilising his extensive skills as a mixologist, and formerly sommelier, to develop an ‘innovative and refined drinks menu’
Bar 190, located within the luxury boutique hotel, The Gore London – Starhotels Collezione in Kensington, has appointed Santo Borzi as bar manager.
