Food chain regulation company Fresho secures £8m funding round
In London, restaurants using Fresho’s service include Michelin star rated restaurant Wild Honey within Sofitel St James, Polpo, 1 Lombard Street, and the Bingham Riverhous.
Fresho, a company that aims to make food supply chains more sustainable between restaurants and their suppliers, has announced a recent series A capital raising of £8m.
