Crust Bros to open two locations in April
Crust Bros’ new venues are opening following the success of the chain’s opening in Boxpark Croydon in November 2022 and long-standing Waterloo location
Pizza restaurant Crust Bros will be opening its fourth site in Boxpark Shoreditch on 11 April, followed by a fifth site at The Prince in West Brompton on 21 April.
Crust Bros’ new venues are opening following the success of the chain’s opening in Boxpark Croydon in November 2022 and long-standing Waterloo location.
The menu at Shoreditch will offer a classic margherita priced, as well as the Romagnolo, which is a white base pizza topped with mozzarella, parmesan, mushrooms and truffle oil, priced. The Romagnolo pizza is also available as a vegan version, alongside other plant-based options.
Founder of Crust Bros, Joe Moore, first thought up the concept in 2014 after becoming obsessed with the Italian methods of pizza making. Following a six-week tour of Italy, he began the Crust Bros journey selling pizza at London’s street food markets, including Street Feast.
