Atis to open fifth location in London Bridge this May

The restaurant will be bringing its build-your-own bowls, as well as a new spring menu offering to guests

Salad and bowl bar Atis has announced the opening of its fifth location in London Bridge this May in the new Borough Yards development, with a sixth opening also in the works.

The announcement comes as, since opening its flagship venue in October 2019, the chain has been successful in its mission to encourage people to eat “more nourishing, plant-powered” food.

The new Atis space will be the latest opening at Borough Yards, South London’s newest food and beverage, retail, leisure and creative district. Delivered by pan-European investment manager MARK, the 140,000 sq ft development includes Everyman Cinema, Paul Smith and The Office Group, Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse, and a range of other restaurants as occupiers.

Eleanor Warder, co-founder of Atis, said: “We are really proud to be opening our fifth site in London Bridge. Borough Yards is a very exciting development and we’re looking forward to being part of the community there. The market has of course long been a cultural destination of London’s South, with many top-quality restaurants and retail outlets, we feel very honoured to be sitting alongside these names.

“It will be our first site South of the river, so we are very pleased to be bringing our Atis bowls and experience to the London Bridge area and beyond! It is looking like an exciting year for us, with another opening planned for later in 2023.”

Lily Lin, UK managing director at MARK, added: “We are excited to welcome Atis to the Borough Yards line up, where our strategy of attracting a diverse mix of food and beverage, retail and leisure occupiers is proving resilient.

“Ensuring a blend of flagship and boutique brands will be instrumental to the continued success of this new district, which is fast becoming a landmark South London destination.”
