Four Hundred Rabbits to open new site in Battersea Rise

In addition, the new branch will serve Four Hundred Rabbits’ signature sourdough pizzas, which includes The Feta, The Chorizo, and The Rhubarb

South London sourdough pizzeria chain, Four Hundred Rabbits, will be opening its latest 55-cover branch in Battersea Rise sometime in mid-July

The brand, which is known for its neighbourhood restaurants and “award-winning” pizzas, will offer ‘hutch-made’ seasonal gelato and sorbets at the new Battersea Rise site, alongside craft beer from local breweries, natural wines, and cocktails.

In addition, the new branch will serve Four Hundred Rabbits’ signature sourdough pizzas, which includes The Feta (mozzarella, courgette, feta, salsa verde and toasted pine nuts), The Chorizo (Brindisa Iberico Chorizo, pickled red chillies, fresh basil, tomato and mozzarella), and The Rhubarb (chipotle rolled goats cheese, piquillo peppers, tomato, mozzarella and rhubarb).

According to the branch, its menu will also showcase its series of South London Sessions, featuring collaborations with local collectives.

In addition, the Battersea Rise branch will follow in the footsteps of previous locations by featuring “cosy interior vibes” with foliage and an outdoor terrace.

Four Hundred Rabbits was founded by brothers Daniel and Duncan Edwards, who have come to be known for their best topping ingredients and 100% sourdough bases.

Certified by the real bread campaign, their pizzas contain no yeast and involve a fermentation process of three days or more. This means easy digestion and a crust that is “somehow both fluffy and crispy”.
