Wagamama reopens Noodle Lab in SoHo

In the coming months, Noodle Lab will also host a series of collaborations with some of the country's food innovators.

Wagamama has opened its new Noodle Lab at the Great Marlborough Street restaurant, marking its return to Soho.

The UK. Noodle Lab will act as the ‘chef’s playground’, a space for recipe and idea testing.

The Noodle Lab menu will be 50% plant-based and will feature Wagamama dishes such as the katsu curry, yaki soba and crispy chilli mushrooms. Along with new vegan additions like k-dogs, ‘pork’ tonkatsu, and ‘pork’ buns.

In the coming months, Noodle Lab will also host a series of collaborations with some of the country’s food innovators.

Wagamama old street will remain as a regular Wagamama following the move of Noodle Lab to Great Marlborough Street.
