Eeetwell’s menu changes four times a year in line with the changing seasons, to ensure all ingredients are harvested at their prime for the highest levels of flavour and nutrients.

The company first launched in Malta in 2015 by founder Ammar Soltan, whose goal was to “change the way people think about food”.

Ammar Soltan, founder of Eeetwell, said: “Launching our first UK venue is a huge moment and finding a place in London, the capital and forefront of the nation’s food scene, is something we have worked so hard to achieve. We’re proud to also be bringing a total of 12 jobs to the local area.

“Portobello Road is a bustling part of the city, well known for its incredible shopping experience and market history. It was therefore important that we not only source the best ingredients for our dishes, but that we support small and local businesses, and the nearby trader, Devlin’s was the perfect choice.”

He added: “We can’t wait to show London what we’re all about, and help more people see the true power of food. We have already set our sights on further expansion across the UK, offering franchise opportunities and more chances to become part of the Eeetwell family.”
