Caffè Nero’s group sales grew 19% and UK sales grew 13.5% during Q1. During this period, the company opened nine stores in the UK, while over 20 stores in the UK underwent refurbishments. Another 100 are scheduled for refurbishment in the coming year. Additionally, the company has expanded its delivery sales in the UK, which now account for nearly 3% of total sales.

NYnLon has opened in Blackfriars. The restaurant, which is a NY-inspired venue and is affiliated with the Hyatt Regency London, offers a variety of dishes like aubergine parmigiana, glazed short Rib, melty cheese burger, and New York cheesecake. The bar also features American wines, champagnes, craft beers, and bourbon mixology.
