Restaurant Associates appoints new culinary director

Currently, he leads the England Culinary Team as captain.

Restaurant Associates has appointed Adam Thomason as its new culinary director.

Thomason, who holds a Master of Culinary Arts degree, spent several years working for Restaurant Associates and the larger Compass Group before leaving in 2021.

Thomason said: “It’s fantastic to be back with Restaurant Associate, in support of Matt’s leadership. It’s a privilege to be heading up such a talented culinary team. I have so many ideas and plans that will see great food, as well as our people at the centre of our offer.
