Wonderland Restaurants unveils next Park Row theme

The space will feature the main restaurant and a large circular bar situated at the heart of the restaurant, offering seafood as well as an additional brand-new champagne bar

Wonderland Restaurants has unveiled The Iceberg Lounge as its next theme at Park Row, London.

The restaurant opened last Friday (10 November) and is inspired by the fictional venue from the Batman universe, owned by The Penguin.

The Iceberg Lounge introduces a new menu of Modern Japanese dishes and cocktails drawing inspiration from the fictional world.

The restaurant is overseen by executive chef Raymond Steplin and spearheaded by chief creative officer James Bulmer.

The Iceberg Lounge sits within the full expanse of Park Row’s 18,000 sq ft basement offering 200 covers,

Bulmer said: “We are delighted to introduce the second chapter at Park Row, The Iceberg Lounge and tell a new story at our Gotham City home. This incredible new and sophisticated Modern Japanese restaurant is brought to life, all under the eyes of the infamous Oswald Cobblepot, also known as The Penguin.

“Alongside Modern Japanese dishes from a top chef who has trained at one of London’s leading Japanese restaurants, guests can expect the finest caviar and oysters and the addition of a brand-new Champagne bar at the entrance. The Iceberg Lounge will provide guests with a fun, immersive and experiential dining experience with exceptional food and drink to match.”
