Birmingham’s Land restaurant to extend premises
The extension, which will be designed by 2G Design and Build, will also double the size of Land’s kitchen for ‘a higher level of efficiency’
The independent fine dining restaurant in Birmingham, Land, will be extending its premises to add a welcome area for guests, bar seating and two lounge chairs, as well as a wine table and up to six more covers.
The extension, which will be designed by 2G Design and Build, will also double the size of Land’s kitchen for “a higher level of efficiency”.
Founded by co-owners and head chefs, Adrian Luck and Tony Cridland, Land is modern, plant-focused and “inspired by the land”. The restaurant’s menus are developed seasonally to highlight the best quality ingredients on offer at the time.
Restaurant critic and writer, Jay Rayner, described the restaurant as “vegan cooking to file under thrilling”.
Luck and Cridland said: “Land revolves around seasonality and showcasing the best produce from the land. We’re so pleased to be growing and extending with additional areas so more guests can enjoy what we do.”
