Piccolino restaurant to open in Marlow

The new location will seat up to 160 guests in its restaurant, with additional seating in a brass and marble topped bar area, as well as opening the doors to a winterised secret garden

Italian restaurant Piccolino has announced that it is opening a new location in Marlow this month.

Opening on 20 May, guests will be greeted by Italian chic interiors and Piccolino’s exclusive menu. Run by privately owned restaurant group, Individual Restaurants, the new Piccolino will seat up to 160 guests in its restaurant, with additional seating in a brass and marble topped bar area, as well as opening the doors to a winterised secret garden.

Inside the newly-renovated restaurant, there will be wood panelling, diamond cut mirrors, a marble-topped bar area, and greenery throughout the main restaurant.

The menu will include Fassona beef sourced from Piedmont in North West Italy and authentic Italian pasta dishes like the Carbonara Grande, prepared at the table from a giant pecorino cheese wheel.

In the secret garden, a winterised terrace, guests can soak up the summer sun Mediterranean style or cosy up in the heated all weather terrace, no matter the weather, with a DJ performing on selected evenings.

Guests can also enjoy a traditional Italian aperitif, or drink of their choice, in the marble bar area before dining. Bartenders will be on hand to craft Italian cocktails and serve wines curated by the on-site sommelier.

Andrew Garton, CEO of Individual Restaurants, said: “We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of Piccolino in Marlow, bringing authentic Italian cuisine and charming hospitality to the community. Piccolino replaces what was formerly Marlow Bar and Grill in what we hope will be a welcome change for our loyal guests.

“Here to mark a new era of Italian dining in Marlow, Piccolino promises to become the most sought after dining destination for those seeking a taste of Italy. Our dedication to sourcing the best ingredients and celebrating Italy’s diverse cuisine is the heart and soul of Piccolino. We look forward to guiding diners on an unforgettable journey through Italian flavours, tradition and culinary excellence.”
