The Ivy Collection to open 42nd venue in Bournemouth

Located by Bournemouth Square in close proximity to the town’s golden sands, The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie will ‘offer something special every day of the week’

The Ivy Collection will be opening its 42nd all-day restaurant in Bournemouth this November, bringing 120 jobs to the local community.

Barnaby Harris-Reid has already been appointed as the general manager of the new venue, bringing experience from The Ivy Chichester.

Located by Bournemouth Square in close proximity to the town’s golden sands, The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie will “offer something special every day of the week”. 

From early morning breakfasts to late-night cocktails, the restaurant will provide a “warm and welcoming” atmosphere for up to 208 guests. The restaurant will also benefit from an outside terrace that will accommodate 50 guests. 

The menu at The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie will consist of modern, seasonal dishes, such as shepherd’s pie, blackened cod and artichoke and sweet potato tagine. 

Meanwhile, the drinks menu will include expertly crafted cocktails, a variety of Champagne, and a selection of fine wines.
