Admiral Taverns unveils Travellers Rest refurb
The pub is part of Proper Pubs, Admiral Taverns’ wet-led community pub division
Admiral Taverns has reopened The Travellers Rest in Stoke-on-Trent following a £196,000 refurbishment.
Inside, the pub has received a full refurbishment including updates to both the bar and lounge area complete with a new dartboard and four televisions.
Outside, the pub hosts a garden complete with a brand new, 65-inch television equipped with Sky Sports, TNT and horse racing channels.
To celebrate the reopening Stoke-On-Trent North MP David Williams visited the pub and took part in the official reopening.
The pub is part of Proper Pubs, Admiral Taverns’ wet-led community pub division.
Steve and Polly Stevenson, operators of The Travellers Rest, said: “We had a fantastic opening weekend! It was great to be able to celebrate alongside the team who have been brilliant throughout this whole process and our wonderful community. Everyone has been so supportive and the feedback we’ve received from customers has been incredible.
