Honest Burgers has plans to quadruple the size of its business by 2030, as it announced “exceptional” H1 results with like-for-like sales rising 11% to hit £30m in revenues. The brand’s profitability is also ahead of forecast, with over 60% growth in EBITDA performance. Moreover, Honest Burgers has consistently been “outperforming” the market.
Sysco GB has acquired Campbell’s Prime Meat for an undisclosed amount. The specialist meat supplier currently employs 325 people at its Linlithgow site in Scotland, and will continue to operate as a separate business from the Brakes parent company. The acquisition will bring opportunities for a broader range of products at Sysco GB.
Ugo and Antoine Lecorché will bring La Môme to The Berkeley hotel in January 2025, making it the restaurateur brothers’ fourth venture, having opened La Môme Plage in 2018 and La Môme Monte Carlo in 2022. Like the sister restaurant in Cannes, the new London restaurant will serve many of its signature classics.
Hydes has appointed Jordan Nolan the new GM of The Nursery Inn, having reopened following a £250k refurbishment. With over 12 years of hospitality experience across Greater Manchester and the north west, Nolan previously managed pubs in Chorlton and Manchester city centre for another pub company.
