Cooks Coffee UK&I sales surge to £15.7m
Operating stores at the end of September increased from 83 in UK & Ireland, up from 75 at the end of March 2024
International coffee focused café chain Cooks Coffee Company has reported that its total store sales for the UK and Ireland were up 26% to NZ$33.8m (£15.70m) and like-for-like sales were up +5.1%.
In the UK, total store sales increased by 36% to NZ$23.4m (£10.87m) for the six months ended 30 September 2024.
According to Cooks Coffee, its total UK sales increased as the development in suburban areas and smaller market towns gained further momentum. As a result, like-for-like sales in the UK were also up +6.3%.
Meanwhile, in Ireland, its total sales increased 6% to +6% to NZ$10.4m (£4.83m) and like-for-like sales increased 2.9%.

Additionally, group revenues saw a 27% rise to NZ$2.74m (£1.27m). It also reported a group EBITDA of NZ$0.826m (£383,664) compared with a loss of NZ$0.011m (£5,104) last year.
Group store sales for the seven-week period to 17 November 2024 have maintained a positive momentum seen over the past six months with total store sales in the UK up 39.4% and in Ireland store sales up 17.9% compared with the previous year.
