The Salad Project opens eighth site on Bond Street
The group has attributed recent partnerships with brands such as Mob, Bold Bean Co, Bao and Deliciously Ella to its success
The Salad Project has announced the opening of its eighth location on Bond Street, as it is looking to hit 20 sites by mid-2027.
The new Bond Street location combines chef-curated salads with a premium dining experience, featuring a store design by architect Rain Wu.
Co-founder, Florian De Chezelles, said: “The salad hype is real. The long queues show just how much people love what we offer.
“There are still many Londoners who haven’t yet discovered The Salad Project, and based on the success of our current restaurants, we’re confident they would love what we have to offer.”
Co-founder, James Dare, added: “We started The Salad Project with a simple mission – to make eating well accessible, enjoyable, and exciting. The opening of our Bond Street store is a significant milestone for us, and we can’t wait to bring our fresh salads to even more people in this London hotspot.”
Since its inception in 2021, The Salad Project has built on “London’s salad hype” and established itself as a go-to spot for fast-casual dining and customisable salads.
The group has attributed recent partnerships with brands such as Mob, Bold Bean Co, Bao and Deliciously Ella to its success.
