Côte Brasserie appoints new CEO

Dennis’ appointment follows Côte's success with its enhanced food and drink offerings, revamped restaurant design, and modernised service approach

Côte Brasserie has announced the appointment of Emma Dinnis as its new chief executive officer.

Dinnis joins the French brasserie following a successful tenure as managing director at Sofology, where she led the brand’s customer-first transformation.

With a wealth of experience in retail and hospitality, she has also held senior leadership roles at Topshop/Topman, M&Co, IKEA, and Marks and Spencer, bringing expertise in brand evolution, guest experience, and commercial growth.

Dennis’ appointment follows Côte’s success with its enhanced food and drink offerings, revamped restaurant design, and modernised service approach.

Côte, which currently operates over 70 restaurants across the UK, stated that with strong investor support, the business is rolling out these changes across its estate and is actively seeking new, larger sites to expand its footprint.

The group offers a contemporary take on the classic French brasserie designed by Steve Allen, Gordon Ramsay’s former executive chef.

Dennis said: “Côte is a much-loved brand with an incredibly exciting food offering led by world renowned chefs and I’m excited to build on its strong foundations. The team has done a fantastic job evolving the brand while staying true to its French brasserie roots, and I look forward to leading Côte into its next stage of growth.”

Jane Holbrook, Côte chair, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Emma as our new CEO. She brings a deep understanding of brand-led transformation and customer experience, which will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen Côte and bring our authentic brasserie experience to even more guests.”
