The Restaurant Group appoints new central operations director

The Restaurant Group has announced the appointment of Michele Bacon to the team as the new central operations director for the concessions and Barburrito division.
Bacon has a wealth of hospitality experience and has worked in a variety of different roles within casual dining including Carluccios, Giraffe and Pizza Express.
Most recently, Bacon worked in Côte Brasserie as the head of central operations for the Cote business.
Regarding the appointment, Bacon said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining such a dynamic and growing business. TRGC and Barburrito already have a strong portfolio and I am excited to be able to share in the journey they are on rapid expansion into more locations while continuing to deliver growth in the current estate.”
