AiP secures over £3m in school meals contracts

The school meal offers include daily menu rotations which focus on sustainability and encourage plant-rich diets

Alliance in Partnership (AiP), specialists in education catering, has recently secured £3.6m in new and retained contracts since the beginning of the academic year.

The new contracts comprise a total of 28 schools, including seven in Staffordshire, six schools in Aylesbury, nine in Worcestershire, two in Gloucester, three in Derby and one in Stafford.

Inspired by research with students and schools, AiP’s school meal offer includes daily menu rotations to ensure freshness and variety, and dinner hall favourites such as spiced cauliflower, chickpea, potato traybake and chicken tikka naan. The new dishes focus on sustainability and encouraging plant-rich diets. All dishes have been developed by AiP’s skilled chefs and approved by its expert nutritionists.
