Alain Ducasse extends The Dorchester partnership

Under the terms of the new contract, chef Ducasse will continue to manage the Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester restaurant, which is one of only six restaurants in the capital to hold three Michelin Stars

World-renowned chef Alain Ducasse has announced the continuation of its partnership with The Dorchester in London for a further five years.  

Since its opening, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester has been a symbol of culinary innovation and sophistication. 

The restaurant, which holds three Michelin stars, with chef patron Jean-Philippe Blondet at the helm, showcases Ducasse’s unique vision of contemporary French cuisine,  emphasising the “finest” ingredients, “distinctive” fresh flavours, “exceptional” service, and an ambience of elegance overlooking Hyde Park.
