Ben Wilkinson receives the three AA Rosettes
The accolade is given to the best restaurants that meet standards that require recognition far beyond their local community
Head chef Ben Wilkinson at The Pass, located within South Lodge Hotel in Sussex, has been awarded three AA Rosettes by The AA Hospitality Awards.
The accolade is given to the best restaurants that meet standards that require recognition far beyond their local community.
Wilkinson joined The Pass in August 2022, and prior to that he mastered Michelin-level cooking as a head chef position at The Cottage in the Wood located by the Sussex countryside.
Wilkinson, who is known for his tasting menus at The Pass, is also accompanied by his partner, Monika Zurawska, who leads the front of house team.
Wilkinson said: “I am absolutely delighted to achieve this accolade from the AA Hospitality Awards. It’s a recognition of the hard work, dedication, and creativity of the entire team.”
