Drink ‘A’ Mix creates new cocktail for Wimbledon

UK’s cocktail and bartending experts, Drink ‘A’ Mix, have created a new special drink for tennis tournament The Championships, Wimbledon.

The strawberry and cream cocktail offers a creamy texture along with a strawberry burst, acting as the new alternative to the familiar ‘Pimms and lemonade’ drink which customers have stapled for several summer months.

The drink is intended to become the ‘quintessentially British cocktail’ at the All England Club, where the tennis showpiece is held every year, as it has been famous in sporting events including Wimbledon to Cartier Polo, Ascot races, the Henley Royal Regatta and Test cricket at Lord’s.

A spokesperson for Drink ‘A’ Mix said: “We are delighted to announce the launch of our new strawberry and cream cocktail in time for The Championships, Wimbledon, which will commence this July.

“While home favourite Andy Murray’s fitness might be in doubt, we are absolutely positive that our new addition will be a hit, as it takes the best elements of a classic recipe and uses them to create a remarkable new cocktail creation.”
