ScotHot to return to Glasgow in March 2023

The event is supported by major partners including VisitScotland, Scotland Food and Drink, Scottish Tourism Alliance, The Scottish Chefs, The Staff Canteen, and Drink Think

Scotland’s showcase for food, drink and hospitality, ScotHot, is set to return to Sec Glasgow for 8 and 9 March 2023, following a four-year hiatus caused by Covid-19. 

It is reported that the event is geared towards professionals in the food, drink, hospitality, retail and tourism industries, and will offer an opportunity for guests to meet with suppliers, network with others to share ideas and inspiration, as well as learn about the latest trends from across the industry.

In addition, ScotHot23 is expected to host an estimated 7,000 visitors over the two-day event, while over 200 exhibitors from these industries will showcase. Some of the confirmed exhibitors include Braehead Foods, Compass Scotland, Nespresso, and Lynas Foodservice. 

In addition, The Great Taste Market by the Guild of Fine Food, which will be new for 2023, will also feature food and drink products from around the UK and Ireland.
