Furthermore, the coffee supplier will be working with TA Hotel Collection to create a barista training programme, visiting each venue regularly to drive quality and serving freshly-ground Muchomba coffee in the restaurants and bars.

TA Hotel Collection will also become a member of the Meru Farm Project, an initiative by Paddy and Scott through its farm in Kenya. This community project ensures that every bag of Muchomba coffee purchased will help to “deliver real change, entrepreneurial spirit and a better quality of life” for farming families.

Scott Russell, CEO at Paddy and Scott’s, said: “I live just outside of Aldeburgh so it’s a proud moment to see these wonderful hotels and restaurants in Suffolk serving Paddy and Scott’s coffee. This is a fantastic new collaboration and we are very excited to introduce East Anglia to our delicious and sustainable coffee.

“We’re starting to make a serious impression on the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors with business growth far exceeding our initial projections. Deals such as this one with TA Hotel Collection prove that there’s a real demand for the highest quality coffee and barista service and we’re there to deliver it.”

David Scott at TA Hotel Collection, added: “We’re very pleased to be working with Paddy and Scott’s to refine and improve our coffee offer for our customers in our hotels and restaurants. Coffee and barista skills are becoming exceptionally important and our customers expect the best. We’re pleased to be able to create a memorable experience for all our guests.”
