Aramark nominates two to its board

Following their election by Aramark’s shareholders at the 2022 Annual Meeting, the Aramark Board will consist of 12 members

Global food service provider Aramark has announced that Patricia E. Lopez and Ken M. Keverian have been nominated for election to the company’s board of directors at its annual meeting of shareholders to be held on February 1, 2022.

The company has offices in London, Leeds, Belfast and Aberdeen, employing 9,000 staff across the UK.

Following their election by Aramark’s shareholders at the 2022 Annual Meeting, the Aramark Board will consist of 12 members.

Lopez brings experience in growth, marketing, and general management roles in both developed and emerging markets to Aramark, most recently serving as CEO of High Ridge Brands until April 2020.

Keverian brings decades of experience in business strategy. Most recently, from 2014-2020, he served as chief strategy officer at IBM with responsibility for the oversight and development of a strategic transformation of IBM.

Steve Sadove, Aramark’s chairman of the board, said: “Both of these candidates bring tremendous analytical insights and thinking to the Aramark board

“Ken’s strategic vision, and his understanding of the digital world, will be valuable assets during these times of change and innovation, and Patricia’s balance of creative, strategic, and operational skills will bring a new perspective on Aramark’s vast operations and strategic direction.”

Current board member Irene M. Esteves is retiring and will not stand for election at the 2022 Annual Meeting of shareholders.

Sadove said: “I want to thank Irene for her numerous contributions during her tenure. She has provided valuable insight and strategic perspective to the board since joining in 2015, and more recently as chair of the finance committee.”
