Restaurant on the market months after opening
Padrino Pizza in Dundee is up for sale despite only opening in September, the restaurant is on the market at a price of £35,000.
The restaurants owners said they were selling up in order to pursue “other business opportunities”. The business is being marketed by Cornerstone Business Agents, which says the restaurant’s current opening hours are 11:30am to 10pm, however it added these could be extended.
An advert for the business reads: “Our clients have recently set up Padrino Pizza and have reluctantly placed the business on the market to take on other business opportunities.
“The business concept is located in the ideal location in Dundee and with the correct operator in charge should be hugely successful in carrying on from the ground work that has already been put in place.
