Thunderbird Fried Chicken has announced the appointment of Nick Moule as the new head of operations at the group.
Moule will provide the role with a “wealth of operational experience”, having previously held senior roles at Mitchells and Butlers and Stonegate.
During his time at the two groups he was tasked with leading both the Common Room and Sports Bar and Grill operations.
Paul Gilchrist, CEO at Thunderbird, said: “We’re thrilled to have Nick joining the Thunderbird Fried Chicken team.
“He represents the final member within the Thunderbird senior exec team, and will be tasked with driving operational excellence, alongside building a motivated and cohesive team to deliver our five-year plan.”
Founded in 2017, Thunderbird currently operates across venues in Battersea, Charing Cross, Earls Court, Paddington, Shoreditch, and at The O2.
The Trispan-backed fried chicken eatery also has four new sites in the pipeline for opening in 2021.
Moule said that he is “very excited” to be joining the team, “having got to know the brand over the past few months”.
