Joe and the Juice to return to Manchester Arndale

Joe and the Juice has announced its return to the centre of Manchester, having signed a 10-year lease for a new 2,685 sq ft space at Manchester Arndale.
The juice and coffee chain previously had a site in Debenhams, which had to close following the collapse of the department store group.
Joe and the Juice’s arrival will further strengthen Manchester Arndale’s café and restaurant line-up, having announced the recent arrival of Michael’s Coffee House, HOP Vietnamese, Sides, Creams, Black Sheep Coffee and Lazy Sundae.
Scott Linard, portfolio manager for M&G Real Estate, said: “It is great to welcome Joe and The Juice back to Manchester city centre. They have built a brand which has become synonymous with meeting spots across UK towns and cities.
“We expect them to thrive at Manchester Arndale thanks to our close proximity to city centre businesses and students keen to catch up over a bite to eat. Joe and the Juice adds to our already strong F&B mix as we strive to create a full day out experience for visitors to Manchester Arndale.”
Steve Gray, head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual, added: “Joe and the Juice selecting Manchester Arndale for its city centre return highlights the continued demand we are seeing from international F&B and retail brands for space at the centre.
“Having a mix of established and growing brands helps to ensure Manchester Arndale continues to be an attractive destination for visitors and allows us to draw in shoppers from across the North West.”
Founded in Denmark in 2002, Joe and the Juice has established a chain of over 300 juice bars and coffee shops across 64 locations around the world and serves a mix of healthy juice drinks and coffees as well as a variety of sandwiches and snacks.
