Dalston cafe, Towpath, reopened last week after it had been closed for the winter months.

The cafe located under the Whitmore Bridge between De Beauvoir Town and Shoreditch is owned by Lori de Mori and ran alongside head chef Laura Jackson. At night, the cafe transforms into a bar offering a range of vermouth-based cocktails, while in the day it offers a diverse menu featuring dishes from seafood to cheese toasties.

Towpath opens Tuesday through to Saturday from 8am to 6pm and from 9am on Sundays, with plans said to be afoot for late night openings. The cafe’s reopening was announced on Instagram by food writer Ed Smith.
