BaxterStorey and Searcys welcomes chef partner Richard Corrigan

He will be supporting its ‘Obsessed about Food’ culture, developing new menus and signature dishes for our restaurants.

BaxterStorey And Searcys, an independent hospitality food service, has welcomed Richard Corrigan as chef partner, to support in menu innovation and coaching.

It said Corrigan is known for his “unique energy and passion” for seasonal ingredients sourced from Britain and Ireland. His restaurant, Corrigan’s Mayfair has been awarded London Restaurant of the year. 

He will be developing new menus and signature dishes for our restaurants, as well as some of Searcys locations including the Gherkin, The Barbican and The Pump Room in Bath.
