Elior UK awarded five-year catering partnership with An Lanntair

Elior UK has secured a five-year contract with arts centre, An Lanntair, as its new catering partner.

The contract will see Elior manage the catering and hospitality at the influential arts centre based in Stornoway, Scotland, as well as oversee corporate hospitality in addition to looking after the venue’s daytime, evening and bar offer.

In a phased approach, An Lanntair will first reopen the ground floor with Elior teasing what’s to come by providing refreshments and lite-bites on the forecourt via a catering pod.

Phase two of the venue’s reopening is expected in mid-September when Elior will assume operation of the indoor café and bars.
