Searcys partners with SevenRooms and TheFork
SevenRooms’ data-driven venue management and TheFork’s ‘extensive’ consumer reservation network of diners will help Searcys develop guest relationships and acquire new customers
Searcys has announced a new partnership with TheFork and SevenRooms.
It revealed that integrating TheFork, an online reservations platform and SevenRooms, hospitality guest and retention platform, will allow Searcys’ venues to increase online reservations and offer “seamless” management of its front of house and guest experiences.
According to Searcys, it will benefit from the technology across its collection of “iconic” UK restaurants and restaurants, including Helix and Iris Bar at the Gherkin, and St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar.
The catering company has said the “cutting-edge” tools that SevenRooms and TheFork bring are set to help “develop” guest relationships, fill seats, acquire new customers and deliver “exceptional” on-premise experiences that prompt visitors to become repeat customers.
Anna Fenten, marketing director at Searcys, said: “Being one of the UK’s first operators to benefit from the innovative partnership between SevenRooms and TheFork is another example of how we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the industry and exploring the best ways to ensure a seamless, outstanding guest experience.”
Patrick Hooykaas, regional director of TheFork, added: “Searcys’ competitive advantage lies now in the opportunities in front of them by embracing the digital services and platforms TheFork and SevenRooms mutually present.
“They will be one of the first operators to concurrently make use of TheFork’s expansive diner base and yield management capabilities alongside the data driven venue management and marketing automation capabilities the SevenRooms platform has to offer.”
