Cooks Coffee non-exec director steps down

The company has also announced that Gordon Robinson, UK based independent director, will assume the role of chair of the audit committee

Cooks Coffee Limited has announced that independent director Paul Elliot has stepped down from the board with effect from 30 September. 

The company has also announced that Gordon Robinson, UK based independent director, will assume the role of chair of the audit committee. 

Robinson was recently appointed to the board as part of the ongoing focus on building the UK capability and brings a wealth of experience, continuing the board’s commitment to maintaining high standards of corporate accountability.
