Cosy Club to open first Milton Keynes site

The new 6,000 square feet restaurant will span two floors, and it will offer the Cosy Club’s classic menu and curated drinks offering

Cosy Club, the restaurant brand managed by hospitality business Loungers, has selected centre:mk Milton Keynes for its latest location, which is set to open in autumn.

Located at 3-5 Silbury Arcade, the 6,000 square feet restaurant will span two floors, and it marks one of only a handful of Cosy Club sites in the South East. The new site will also serve the brand’s classic menu and curated drinks offering.

Cosy Club Milton Keynes will join venues in UK towns and cities including Bath, York, Liverpool and Manchester. With 32 sites across the country, Cosy Club has been designed for an occasion-led demographic.

The signing follows the news that global lifestyle brand, Ted Baker, is set to open a new store at centre:mk, covering a 2,150 square feet space.

Loungers said that, according to a report by Irwin Mitchell and the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr), Milton Keynes is set to have one of the fastest growing economies in the UK by the end of 2023.  The city is predicted to see 2.6% year-on-year GVA growth in Q4 2023, with £600m of GVA added over the next two years.
