Foxhill Manor to feature James Cochran as ‘guest chef’

Foxhill Manor has announced it will launch a new ‘guest chef series’ at its Arts and Crafts manor hotel, starting with the visit of James Cochran on the 14 April.

For his one-off appearance at the hotel, Cochran will be personally presenting guests with a seven-course menu that showcases his culinary style. Guests can expect a menu including Feuille de brick, whipped goat’s cheese and beetroot followed by radishes, seeds, aged vinegar, flowers and sourdough.

The intimate event will be open to 16 people who will receive a seven-course menu along with an overnight stay at the hotel. Foxhill Manor’s second and third dinners in the 2019 series will be held in August and November with guest chefs and dates to be confirmed.

In order to attend the event, guests will have to book a one-night stay on 14 April with dinner and breakfast included.
