Hammerson launches street food market ‘District’ at Brent Cross
According to Hammerson, District is designed to complement Brent Cross’s existing food and drink offer with over 30 options already available on site

Property developer Hammerson is set to launch a new street food market at Brent Cross on 31 March as part of its expanded line-up of retail, leisure and hospitality brands.
Occupying 20,000 sq ft of space, District will offer a 130-cover food court-style seating area encouraging communal dining and casual meet-ups, with grab-and-go options also available.
According to Hammerson, District is designed to complement Brent Cross’s existing food and drink offer with over 30 options already available on site.
It follows the ongoing success of District at Hammerson’s destinations in France.
Operators at Brent Cross will include:
- Sides – sought-after fried chicken brand created by YouTube group, Sidemen
- Remoli – authentic Italian pasta brand featuring traditional dishes
- Three Uncles – Asian-inspired street food including dumplings and noodles
- Yaay Yaay – Thai-inspired dishes
- Smatcha – creators of matcha and superfoods blended drinks
- Oshpaz – serving Uzbek and central Asian cuisine
- Smokey Boys – big-flavour BBQ and grill concept
