International director of the Michelin Guides departs for hotel role

The international director of the Michelin Guides since 2011, Michael Ellis, has announced he will leave the Michelin group on 14 September.

He will join Dubai-based luxury hotel group Jumeirah in a newly created role as its chief culinary officer.
