New dining concept Noisy Oyster to launch in Shoreditch in 2025
The menu will feature an array of oysters, crudo and classic whole fish dishes, all sustainably sourced
The team behind restaurant and wine bar Firebird will launch a new dining concept, Noisy Oyster, in Shoreditch London in spring 2025.
Introducing a “modern” take on the seafood bistro, Noisy Oyster will serve seafood and martinis as well as having a “distinctive” design aesthetic.
The menu will feature an array of oysters, crudo and classic whole fish dishes, all sustainably sourced. Complementing the dishes there will also be a bar offering “signature” mini martinis to pair with the seafood-centric menu.
Located within the Norton Folgate development, Noisy Oyster will put much focus on its design, with a monochromatic space accommodating 50 covers. The space, crafted by New York and Paris based artist Harry Nuriev, will reflect Shoreditch’s fusion of street art, fashion and gentrified industrial spaces, with its interiors featuring wood, concrete and stainless steel.
Co-founders Madina Kazhimova and Anna Dolgushina, said: “We have always felt inspired by the creative scene in Shoreditch, and with Noisy Oyster, we have combined our passion for creating exciting culinary experiences with our love for art, fashion and design. We are so excited to bring this concept to the East London community and to be able to be a part of the culinary evolution happening here.”
