Levy UK&I and Excel London have made a multi-million-dollar agreement, strengthening their long-standing relationship. The partnership aims to build on its 25-year association with a greater emphasis on future investment. In addition, Levy will expand its in-venue food and beverage offer to Excel’s forthcoming 25,000sqm expansion. Levy has been Excel’s food and beverage partner since the Royal Docks venue first opened in 2000.

The hospitality sector saw year-on-year inflation fall to 2.2% in October, according to the latest Foodservice Price Index report. As the 16th consecutive month of inflation decline, the report says it provided further relief for businesses and consumers after years of high inflation. While the short-term trend is positive, the government’s recent Autumn Budget has introduced “significant” uncertainty into the outlook for foodservice prices in 2025.
