Emerald Hospitality will be expanding in partnership with Regis Group, a luxury real estate investor, to launch three dining concepts in Central London. Regis Group, which is known as the owner of Claridge’s Hotel in London, will enable Emerald to scale its portfolio while “continuing to set benchmarks in luxury hospitality and culinary innovation”. While the Fleet Street concept has been officially revealed, the other two are yet to be unveiled. 

Two-Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey has opened Heard, a new smash burger restaurant, in Borough, London. After a year of perfecting his recipes and touring some of the biggest UK events in the Heard food truck, Bailey is bringing his concept to a new pop-up restaurant in Borough. Taking over the former Audrey’s site next to Flat Iron Square, Heard is a 40-cover restaurant serving double patty smash burgers.

Burger and Lobster will open a new location in Kensington, London, in early April. Located next to Holland Park, the High Street Kensington Burger and Lobster will also debut its first London brunch offering, which is not yet available at any other destinations in the capital. Launched in 2011, Burger and Lobster now has 10 locations across the capital, as well as one restaurant outside of London in Brighton.

Michelin-starred restaurant The Peat Inn in St Andrews, Scotland, has hit the market for an undisclosed amount. Built in the 18th-Century, The Peat Inn has a 250-year history of hospitality, having previously served as a coaching inn, hotel and pub. The restaurant consists of three dining rooms with 50 covers and has held its Michelin star since January 2010. Under the current ownership the building has undergone modernisations.
