Nobu Hotel London Portman Square launches Nobu Catering
The new catering offer will include bespoke experiences, including Nobu at Home, Nobu Social, Nobu Ultra, and Nobu Corporate
Nobu Hotel London Portman Square has launched Nobu Catering, offering guests “authentic and memorable” Nobu dining experiences.
The offer includes Nobu at Home bringing world-class dining straight from the Nobu kitchen to guests’ homes, Nobu Social for personal events, Nobu Ultra for luxury dining experiences, and Nobu Corporate for work lunches, offsite meetings and events.
Exclusive to Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, Nobu at Home “brings the brand’s signature handcrafted approach and famous Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influence exclusively to the homes of Nobu foodies, anywhere in the United Kingdom and beyond”.
Nobu Social delivers menus for social events, including weddings and birthdays, providing live cooking stations and Nobu Ultra is a tailor-made service for bespoke luxury occasions.
From small local businesses to London media houses to sporting and entertainment events, the team at Nobu Corporate is “on hand to provide world-renowned service and an unparalleled dining experience”.
Across the offering, the Nobu Catering team “handles everything from start to finish”. The menus, designed by executive chef Michael Paul can be curated to include a selection of premium canapés or a striking centrepiece of Sushi and Sashimi. There’s also the option to have dishes from Nobu’s menu such as the iconic Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño, alongside Wagyu Antichucho, Broccoli Shiso Salsa, as well as Mochi and Macana desserts.
The beverage team can also provide drinks to accompany any event, all served in a range of glassware and Latin American ceramics. Focusing on authentic Japanese serves and techniques, cocktails are offered alongside specialist spirits, sakes, beers and wines and matched to pair with the food menus.
