Creams Cafe appoints new product development manager
Bethany Stone will be responsible for overseeing all new product development, creating new, seasonal and limited time offerings
Dessert restaurant brand, Creams Cafe has announced the appointment of Bethany Stone as its new product development manager.
Stone joins the brand with over 10 years of experience from Fuerst Day Lawson LTD, where she held the position of group innovation manager. In that role, she was responsible for short and long-term innovation projects across the UK, APAC, MENA and NA.
It is reported that Stone also worked as the food and innovation centre supervisor for Sainsbury’s at its Store Support Centre based in Holborn.
In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing all new product development and reinforcing Creams’ position as the brand’s “leading” dessert brand. Stone will also create new core, seasonal and limited time offerings.
Everett Fieldgate, managing director of Creams, said: “Bethany has already proven an invaluable addition to the Creams Cafe team, bringing a wealth of creative ideas, fantastic flavour suggestions and great customer insight to the role from her extensive experience in the industry.
“I’m excited and curious to see what’s in store for our new Creams Cafe products in 2023 – it’s set to be big!”
Stone said: “I am really proud to be part of the Creams Cafe team. Our brand is loved across the country for its creative and indulgent treats and desserts, a legacy which I plan to nurture.
“Our 2023 pipeline is already pencilled in and I’m almost ready for quarter one key dates such as Valentine’s Day and Easter. We’ve also got a new menu on the horizon and with the King’s Coronation in May there is a lot to think about, it’s a really exciting time to be getting involved.”
