Liberation Group adds Pubs MD to its board
Jayson Perfect played a ‘leading’ role in the development of Butcombe Pubs and Inns’ business, which won a hat-trick of publican awards in 2022
Liberation Group has announced the appointment of Jayson Perfect, the company’s managing director of pubs, to its board of directors.
Perfect first joined the group in 2017 as the managing director of UK managed pubs, before progressing his role to encompass firstly the Channel Islands followed by the tenanted division of the business.
During that time, Perfect played a “leading” role in the development of Butcombe Pubs and Inns’ business, which in 2022 won a hat-trick of publican awards including ‘Best Managed Pub Company’, ‘Best Accommodation Operator’ and ‘Best Premium Food Offer’.
Since 2017, the group has experienced a “substantial” expansion due to the acquisition of 21 pubs from Wadworth in 2020 and a combination with Cirrus Inns in December 2022.
