Mark Lawton takes the helm at La Belle Époque

Mark Lawton has been appointed as head chef at three AA Rosette winning restaurant La Belle Époque at Sofitel London Heathrow, where he will take over from Mayur Nagarale.

With over 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Lawton has worked within leading UK hotels and restaurants, including head chef positions at the five star Macdonald Randolph Hotel in Oxford, the two AA Rosette The Leconfield Restaurant in Chichester, the two AA Rosette The Mandolay Hotel in Guildford and the AA Rosette Casa Hotel in Farnborough.

La Belle Époque serves gourmet French cuisine with an Asian twist and is the only three AA rosette winning restaurant in Hounslow. The restaurant also boasts two private dining options: the Chef’s Table which can accommodate 10 guests and the Salon Privé accommodating up to 20 guests.
