RedCat appoints new director of F&B and area manager

David Peevers has previously worked at Urban Pubs and TRG, while James Killick has joined from the ‘award-winning’ pub Brunning and Price

RedCat Pub Company has announced the appointment of David Peevers as the new director of Food and Beverage, and James Killick as area manager within the operations team, effective from 25 March. 

Peevers, who takes up a newly-created role at the group, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in premium pubs such as Urban Pubs, Metropolitan PubCo and The Restaurant Group. He has also previously run his own gastronomic pubs. 

In his new role, Peevers will work as part of the senior leadership team and will report directly to CEO Richard Lewis. 

Meanwhile, Killick has joined RedCat from the “award-winning” pub Brunning and Price, where he spent nearly nine years as part of the senior operations team and helped it to grow to the 79-pub estate it is today. 

Richard Lewis, CEO of RedCat Pub Company, said: “I would like to extend a warm RedCat welcome to both David and James. They bring a great level of experience and proven delivery in the premium pub market. 

“They will be a brilliant fit for RedCat, and we look forward to working with them both.”
