Restaurant Associates expands team amid strong period of growth
Restaurant Associates has had 18 months of year-on-year growth and several contract gains.
Restaurant Associates have announced a series of promotions and hires based on 18 months of year-on-year growth with several major contract gains globally.
Mark Connell, previously head of sales, has been promoted to sales and retention director. Connell will also be supporting the growth agenda for Rapport Guest Services and Chartwells Universities and Colleges.
Also joining the company is Jeni Edwards in the role of business development director. With an operational background in foodservice, she went on to a career in sales before setting up her own consultancy in 2013. Edwards is a fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, a past-chair and board member of ACE, and is on the fund-raising committee for Springboard UK.
Additionally, Bonnie Taylor has been promoted through Restaurant Associates venues division to business development manager to support with new sales proposals and bids alongside new hires Kate Law in the same role and Simon Myatt as partnership director. Both Law and Myatt have backgrounds in operations and sales.
