Ruth Hansom appointed head chef at Pomona’s

Notting Hill restaurant Pomona’s has announced Ruth Hansom as its new head chef from 1 May.

Hansom will launch a new menu on 1 May taking inspiration from “elements from the land” and featuring Swaledale Lamb Rump with Spring Onion, Wild Garlic, English Pea and Morrel.

The all-day, breakfast and brunch menu will also include Clarence Court Eggs with Chorizo and Kale baked inside a Squash feature, along with U Dale salt cured Duck Breast with Jasmin Raisin, Turnip and Apricot, and Valrhona Chocolate Fondant.
