WatchHouse appoints first managing director
Caroline Ottoy will be responsible for driving growth for the business by focussing on operational excellence, expanding the growing ecommerce offering

Coffee roaster WatchHouse has announced the appointment of Caroline Ottoy as the company’s first managing director, reporting directly to CEO and founder Roland Horne.
Prior to her appointment, Ottoy was the head of operations at organic retailer, Planet Organic.
Ottoy will be responsible for driving growth for the business by focussing on operational excellence, expanding the growing ecommerce offering, while also continuing to raise the high levels of customer experience.
WatchHouse is scheduled to open a new location in Marylebone on New Cavendish Street, while another brand is set to open in Covent Garden on Southampton Street.
