50 pubs a month ‘vanished’ during H1 2024
The North West region of England lost 46 pubs, the most of any region, during the first half of 2024
50 pubs a month have “vanished” for good from the English and Welsh communities calling last orders for the final time during the first six months of 2024, according to analysis of official government data by the commercial real estate intelligence firm Altus Group.
